Why do I get charged for bags?
By law, we must charge 5p for each single-use carrier bag in Scotland and Wales.
What payment methods can I use?
Currently we're cool with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
If the restaurant hasn't accepted the order yet, you can still cancel it.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll tell you immediately, so you can try another card.
It says the restaurant was taken offline while I was ordering – what does this mean?
It means the connection to the restaurant is down or may have had to go offline for another reason. You can either try again later.
I didn't get a verification email – what now?
It could be mix up; did you put in the right email address? If you did, it might've found a new home in your spam folder. You can order without the verification email, but you won't be able to track its progress.
Some items in the menu are out of stock. Why is this?
We know it’s frustrating, and we’re sorry, but we promise to have the restaurant fully stocked again as soon as we can!
What Do I Do If Something Goes Wrong Whilst I’m Creating My Order?
Should your screen freeze or something crashes, then please start again. We know it can be frustrating! Make sure you check your order, and then continue adding to it until everything is in there ready for checkout.
Can I Change Or Add Items To My Order Once I’ve Placed My Order Online/Mobile?
If you've ordered for collection, you could speak to the restaurant to see if there's anything they can do
